This ozone forecast is due to forecasted ozonevalues that will be unhealthy for sensitive groups. These values willexceed the Environmental Protection Agency's federal safe healthstandard. The Shelby County Health Department recommends thatsensitive groups which include active children and adults, andpeople with respiratory disease, such as asthma, limit prolongedoutdoor exertion.
