It was a wonderful turnout for the last Roadmap to Success job-readiness training graduation today - marking the closure of the program in Seattle. Employees, graduates and guests were teary eyed and thankful for the benefits and resources the program has offered over the past 10+ years. Many of today's graduates are either already employed or have interviews set-up. Pioneer is still providing the Roadmap program in Spokane and offering case management to graduates of the Seattle program for another year. The space that Roadmap has vacated will transition into other #EmploymentServices programs in the near future so stay tuned. We are also operating the new program, INVEST, in Renton for formerly incarcerated individuals wanting to start their own business. #SecondChanceHiring #FairEmployment #FutureStepsToSuccess

Happy Friday - #TGIF! Today, we are spotlighting Cozen Robinson, a Maintenance Tech in our Facilities division. Cozen is a #SuperStar who has been working with us for about two years and helps out with anything needed. Cozen shared, "My team does a lot of the behind-the-scenes work to help Pioneer run smoothly. I appreciate that Pioneer provides numerous programs to help people get the adequate resources they need to become productive members of society.”Kelsey Burnett, Manager, Facilities Services, stated, "Cozen always knows how to put a smile on our clients' faces and cares deeply about providing them with quality living environments.
