Surrogate Safety Measures (SSMs) are used to express road safety in terms of the safety risk in traffic conflicts. Typically, SSMs rely on assumptions regarding the future evolution of traffic participant trajectories to generate a measure of risk. As a result, they are only applicable in scenarios where those assumptions hold. To address this issue, we present a novel data-driven Probabilistic RISk Measure derivAtion (PRISMA) method. The PRISMA method is used to derive SSMs that can be used to calculate in real time the probability of a specific event (e.g., a crash). Because we adopt a data-driven approach to predict the possible future evolutions of traffic participant trajectories, less assumptions on these trajectories are needed. Since the PRISMA is not bound to specific assumptions, multiple SSMs for different types of scenarios can be derived. To calculate the probability of the specific event, the PRISMA method uses Monte Carlo simulations to estimate the occurrence probability of the specified event. We further introduce a statistical method that requires fewer simulations to estimate this probability. Combined with a regression model, this enables our derived SSMs to make real-time risk estimations.To illustrate the PRISMA method, an SSM is derived for risk evaluation during longitudinal traffic interactions. Surrogate Safety Measures (SSMs) are used to express road safety in terms of the safety risk in traffic conflicts. In response to this limitation, we present the novel Probabilistic RISk Measure derivAtion (PRISMA) method. The objective of the PRISMA method is to derive SSMs that can be used to calculate in real time the probability of a specific event (e.g., a crash). The PRISMA method adopts a data-driven approach to predict the possible future traffic participant trajectories, thereby reducing the reliance on specific assumptions regarding these trajectories. Since the PRISMA is not bound to specific assumptions, the PRISMA method offers the ability to derive multiple SSMs for various scenarios. The occurrence probability of the specified event is based on simulations and combined with a regression model, this enables our derived SSMs to make real-time risk estimations. To illustrate the PRISMA method, an SSM is derived for risk evaluation during longitudinal traffic interactions. Literature searches underlie the foundations of systematic reviews and related review types. Yet, the literature searching component of systematic reviews and related review types is often poorly reported. Guidance for literature search reporting has been diverse, and, in many cases, does not offer enough detail to authors who need more specific information about reporting search methods and information sources in a clear, reproducible way. This document presents the PRISMA-S (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses literature search extension) checklist, and explanation and elaboration. The checklist was developed using a 3-stage Delphi survey process, followed by a consensus conference and public review process. The final checklist includes 16 reporting items, each of which is detailed with exemplar reporting and rationale. The intent of PRISMA-S is to complement the PRISMA Statement and its extensions by providing a checklist that could be used by interdisciplinary authors, editors, and peer reviewers to verify that each component of a search is completely reported and therefore reproducible.

This fragmentation raises concerns, as the absence of standardization may result in misunderstanding and contribute to increased divergence in future research. This paper presents a systematic review of customer engagement using PRISMA protocol by delivering its antecedents, outputs, and influencing factors. We focus on three main features: the relationship quality (i.e., trust, satisfaction, and commitment), the channel integration quality, and digital transparency. As a result, we provide hypotheses of a micro-level conceptual model for customer engagement. We also highlight the adoption of technological innovation (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, GhatGPT) to foster online customer engagement.
