I've always enjoyed good service atthis store however today mywife went inand while all the customers were still wearing masks none ofthe employees were wearing masks. When she called them onthis they started justifying

My package got lost for more than aweek. UPS wasn't really helpful inlocating the lost package's location. They were also unable tohelp with recovering myexpenses for replacing the lost package. The shipping cost could take upto 8days torecover which isnot helpful atall. The fee Ipaid for shipping wasn't cheap atall. This location has very friendly staffs, however UPS service was much worse than Icould ever expected.

Went ona Saturday morning and itwas very slow. There was aflamboyant guy and awoman holding upthe line handling one customer. The flamboyant guy messed upthe transaction for acustomer and said hewas hung over because hedrank alot the previous night. Omg how could you say that toa customer. Idon't know ifthe woman was intraining, but she was just standing there and didn't help things move along faster. Will not bereturning.

I've used this store for YEARS! But some the new employees have turned meand mybusinesses elsewhere. Irefuse tofeel uncomfortable orthreatened ina place where Ispend myhard earned dollars.

Will not ship any type ofgun parts, orrifle scopes orany firearm accessories. Employees told methat that this astore policy and they are are owned byat corporation out ofCalifornia. Well it’s the last time I’ll gothere.

Chandler isawesome, goes out ofhis way tohelp. Derrick and others aswell always bending over backwards tohelpme. I've been coming every week for shipping toand from myjob asa printer technician for 6—7yearsnow. Never had any problems they can'tfix. Always courteous and helpful.
